Absolutely disgraceful, Average payout was estimated at 3months. My payout 11 MONTHS. Actually stopped using the site because of this and randomly decided to check today at which point it went through recently

Although £78.75 cb shows as tracked has still not been paid. Transaction was in early Sept and the TCB website says the last payment from this merchant was i.r.o. transactions executed in October - but TCB cannt explain why my transaction from the prev month has not been paid. Unacceptable as offer was for £78.75 for a £50 initial stake - should have realised it looked too good to be true. Trading Standards will be hearing about this as it is so wrong to encourage people onto a gambling site where they will lose money and then not honour the promised cashback.

denied cashback after 2 months with an appalling excuse " cancelled or returned". would like to know how this is even possible for online casino! yes...I would like to cancel every hand which I lost my money please! TCB says cashback is not gauranteed so there is nothing they can do.
