Not five stars but zero: Similar experience to recent customers in that they declined cashback on the grounds that TopCashback were not the last referer - but they absolutely were!

Have to give it 5 stars to get it on the front page of reviews as top cashback flag up best first..Have a look at the low star reviews..Like most people I have not received cashback, it is now coming up to a year and has been confirmed for 7 months. AVIOD THIS COMPANY AN ABSOLUTE SCAM

I switched both fuels using Make It cheaper. Process was smooth and Make it Cheaper aknowledged you of every step till the new supplier took over. Cashback indeed was slow to pay (after approx. 6 months), but at least they pay.
@TCB: Why is it that most suppliers/comparing sites in 'Utilities' section offer cashback that CANNOT by paid in alternative ways other than cash? (Clubcard points, giftcards etc)

Hadn't heard of them before but needed to switch energy suppliers. The whole process was extremely simple and quick and the cashback tracked straight away. Was kept fully informed at every stage of the process. Excellent!

I looked up my unit price with my current supplier for economy 7 electric.
I then proceeded to use this site to see how it stacked up. I have found an annual saving of £137.00.
although the cashback isn't massive I am viewing that as a bonus and the £137.00 annual saving is the real cashback!
