Nice hotels but whoever collects the cashback from the group to give to Topcashback is not doing a very good job! Stats say quickish payer but waiting since May 2013 for some money and don't hold out much hope.

I booked my stay in February and took the break over Easter. Payable date was the end of March. It is now almost June and still no sign of the payment although it was tracked quickly.

Poor experience. Booked a visit with them in June 2022. Stayed with them in August 2022.
As of March 2023 still hadn't received the cashback despite Topcashback chasing repeatedly for me.
