	Sloooow My cashback has been Confirmed, but over 4 and a half months later I'm still waiting. This insurer is terribly slow to pay out.

	False promise Declined despite all t&cs complied with and that my visit was on the drop-down list. Needed an order number I hadn't been supplied with - and why not the policy number anyway?. So wrong when price comparison has taken the cashback into account.
