- Cashback will not be awarded if an Essential policy is purchased. Only Standard, Plus and Premier policies are awarded cashback at the given rate.
- If you are renewing or amending an existing policy.
- Policy must be live for 90 days with 3 consecutive months’ payments from the customer before a transaction can be approved. Upon fulfilment of this criteria, Royal & Sun Alliance Insurance Ltd will validate the sales accordingly.
