	Ordered in the sale and one item not recieved had to chase up refund from them you do have to request refund as they do not automatically refund so overall not good customer service. I did get my refund and postage costs back but you do have to keep on at them.

	Waited months for this cashback to be received. Still nothing despite numerous 'nudges' to Top Cash Back. I only ever receive an automated reply once per month advising they're still looking at it with nothing ever forthcoming. Waste of time.

	I didn't receive my cashback from Lyle & Scott. Maybe it was because they gave me a free delivery code for failing to fulfil a previous order, but I'm not happy about this!
