At the time of writing, the number of Luxplus reviews which had been submitted by our members was limited. However, there were some positive comments, such as “great website” and “such good deals on organic products”. While the comments are pretty mixed, you’ll find plenty of customers have left four or five-star reviews. One said: “Just joined Luxplus and was totally amazed at their member prices — so many good deals and offers on each page. They also have one of the highest standards of customer service for online shopping I have experienced in a long time.”
Plenty of other customers have clearly been impressed with their shopping experience, judging by comments like “brilliant service, products and delivery. Will definitely recommend and I will be using again”, “never had an issue with this company, my orders have always been tracked and delivered within 4-5 days”, “I’m a newbie and I love it. The prices are affordable and I will definitely be buying items from Luxplus in the future” and “I recently joined them and I can’t fault them. I’ve updated my make-up box for a fraction of the price I’d usually pay”.
Someone else explained the Luxplus membership scheme by saying: “I ordered twice from here and I’m really happy with the products and services. Yes, it’s a subscription service, but you can cancel any time, and if you’re ordering enough, you’ll save money anyway.”
