The actual experience was very enjoyable, paying a bit more for a champagne experience also meant the pod was less crowded; however, I had paid for a Guide Book but didn't receive this and the process of getting from the ticket office to the Eye seemed a bit haphazard; overall, happy though.

The offer states x% back on online ticket price, but the cashback amount is not on the price I paid; it's on the amount excluding VAT. I think this should be in the terms of the offer, otherwise it is misleading.

Site still says cashback payable within a reasonable period. I am still waiting almost six months later despite cashback going to confirmed months back. Topcashback advised they have not had payment from this supplier for some time and my support ticket is now also months old. Topcashback need to rewrite their comments on speed of cashback from this company.
