Light bulbs (yes bulbs) arrived loose in box in their individual wrappers. The secure boxes they were in had opened and everything had spilled out and were rattling around. Nothing in box was fixed down. Bulbs seem OK but no way of knowing if their life has been shortened. Customer service just said they would tell the warehouse to make sure it did not happen again! Reasonable range online but probably would not buy again. Overall very disappointed.

Absolutely rubbish! I ordered an item in December 2012 and by March 2013 the merchant had declined my cashback claim! To add insult to injury Topcashback would not chase the claim since the purchase was made over 100 days earlier! Talk about getting sharfted!
Never again will I use this merchant again!
