Cashback %s are falsely advertised
Don’t expect to get anywhere near the advertised cashback. I was expecting 2.5% from a £1200 purchase (around £30) and have been given 0.8% (£8).
Took LG over a month to respond to a dispute claim to be told they won’t change their mind. Bog standard responses from TooCashback regarding the issue.
It’s just a scam and false advertising to get you to spend money.

Fraud
I made a purchase for £800 from LG, picking them over another brand because of the 15% cashback offer at the time. I got 1% cashback. Chased this up with topcashback and LG refused to honour the 15% that was advertised also topcashback make very little effort to chase them up or remove them from this site. If you are making a purchase from LG because of the cashback offer then think again, it is very unlikely you will receive the advertised amount.

Not paying out what's promised & pending
I was expecting £44 cashback as promised 4% on a £1.1k purchase in January. In the end received 1% on a VAT reduced amount which is £9!!! AVOID.

They promised 28quid
Spent nearly 1k on a LG tv and they promised 28quid cash back, after couple of months only get £6. What a joke. Wont use them again

Ex-Vat cash back
Please be careful with LG, as they seem to only pay cash back on the amount after 20% VAT was taken off.
Example:
I bought a TV for £2000, with 15% cash back, I was expecting £300 cash back instead I only received £240.
According to TopCashback LG only paid casbah on £1600 not the whole £2000.

This is a disappointing experience
I bought an LG 40" monitor for £1,124.10, it should have 3% cash back to me but at the end I just £9.37 instead. If I knew it happened like that I won't purchase from LG official website.
