	Won't honour the cashback and will decline, MONTHS after you're back. Shameful how they encourage you to buy via TopCashback but then decline the cashback, many (MANY) months after you're back from your holiday and refuse to even explain why. Won't be using them again and advise everyone to either avoid them altogether or just assume you won't get any cashback nor an explanation of why.

	Cashback declined. Booked a £2500 holiday through these was expecting £98 cashback but it didn't track automatically and after submitting a missing cashback claim they have declined my cashback with the message "The purchase made didn't meet the terms of the cashback offer." No idea what they mean by that as I was paying full price and didn't use any discount codes, I'll avoid using this company in future, just read their reviews and it seems they don't like paying out cashback.

	Don't expect them to pay Booked numerous hotels for an upcoming holiday and had no issues with any other companies. Last Minute are refusing to pay though.

	Took a year to approve the cashback! We booked a holiday through Lastminute in June 2024. The claim didn't show automatically, so we had to make a claim through customer services, which took until late August 2025 for Lastminute to accept after countless nudges! This was after Lastminute had taken our money to have allocated seating on the flights, which then didn't go through. We received a refund for the seat allocations, but had to pay double that amount directly to the airline to get allocated seating. It's nice to have finally got the payout, but never again.

	took almost a year to get cashback Transaction didn't track first off , i had to get customer services involved to get it to track, then after 10 months it finally got updated to payable. Very disappointing. Customer services ( at Topcashaback) were helpful

	Ryanair Flights tracked, paid for, flown... and declined. No additional codes used (there are zero other codes with Ryanair). Just declined.

	Declined cashback for no reason. Spent over £1.2K on flights successfully tracked through TopCashback, but it was declined with no reason given. I read through their exclusions and terms, and there shouldn't be any reason for it to be declined. Reading through the reviews, it seems like they are not honouring the cash back.

	A cheat of a company Advertised cashback on hotel bookings, As soon as i booked the hotel for £1647 topcashback tracked the cashback from Lastminute.com but after a week the retailer as in Lastminute.com declined to pay up the cashback. Please avoid this company as much as you can. On the other hand Expedia is an excellent company to go with that always fulfills it`s cashback promises and really looks after it`s customers. 	declined cashback request for no reason My cashback request was declined by lastminute.com after being successfully tracked by topcashback. Will never book with that company again. Their support has no clue what happened, totally useless company. I'm just glad I have realised it before booking anything else with them.
