They mis-sold me some High Bay LED Lights, after admitting to having incorrect product descriptions on their website they failed to even get back to me. I gave them chances but they just continued to ignore.

No cash back usual excuse that they couldn't identify purchaser through TCB. Plenty of others have no difficulty so assume they simply didn't want to pay. I'll avoid them in future.
