Great holiday. I took a pre-paid card too (fairfx) which was excellent - great exchange rate and service. If you do use fairfx, use code foq1z to save the registration fee.

Took 8 months to resolve the claim, good support from TCB but very dissapointed with the speed of resolution from Kuoni/Merchant site and the number of claims and follow ups we needed to make. Doubt I would use them again. Holiday was OK though

still waiting after nearly 8 months to receive cashback - booked in June 2011 had my holiday in November 2011 which the holiday in itself was fantastic but Kuoni do not honor their cashback even though it stated as tracking from June and confirmed in July 2011. Still waiting after nearly 8 months - i do not hold out much hope of getting cashback. Due to rebook holiday for 2012 but will not use Kuoni

2 months since my last comment, 13 months after my holiday and... still "waiting for retailer"... still disappointed, still not going to book with them again... very unreliable admin from Kuoni.

Took a "late deal" holiday in September 2009, flagged that the purchase wasn't tracking on TCB in October 2009. Despite several nudges, in August 2010 am still "waiting for retailer" almost a year after I went on holiday. This has now determined than I will not book with Kuoni again this year - they have lost my business. They offer great holidays in nice locations generally but their product support for last minute bookings and the field support from representatives while on holiday was the worst I have ever heard of - their local rep in Thailand showed up 2 days into a 1 week holiday, took details of excursions we wanted to book and disappeared never to be heard of again. We managed to book one local excursion ourselves with the hotel. Combined with ignoring my cashback claim, frankly I never want to experience a Kuoni holiday again. Very disappointing all round really.

BEWARE, avoid booking your holiday with Kuoni if you remotely interested in receiving any cashback. Booked a holiday in January 2011. Submitted a claim in February when it didn't track. Now it has been tracking but my claim is still awaiting for Kuoni to respond. Been like this for 8 months and counting (it is now October). Wish I read the reviews about non-payments before I booked with Kuoni.

Book a holiday of a life time, spending over £5k, in February 2011 and still waiting just for it to track. Kuoni has been the worse company for cashback and I no longer have any trust in them. Obviously they will no longer receive any further custom from me until they address this issue promptly. If cashback is important than stay away from Kuoni.

Saying 'Waiting for Retailer' - WHAT IS THE PROBLEM WITH KUONI?! Completed online final payment on 18th Jan 2010. Had our holiday in March 2010. Lodged initial tracking problem on 5th Feb 2010 as it hadn't even tracked, & now sending 'Nudges' every month as a routine but it is STILL saying 'Waiting for Retailer'.

9 October update:- After TCB intervention my claim has been confrimed as payable....well done and thanks TCB !! Took nearly 8 months to resolve but got there in the end.

Waiting since April 09 for the claim to track, nothing so far even with Topcashback on the case. Come on Kuoni, you won't be getting my business next year when i come to book my next holiday!

Made a booking back in March 2009, to date no sign of cashback (over £100) been confirmed. Topcashback reported in April 2009 they were awaiting Kuoni's response, not heard anything since despite numerous nudges. If you are booking a holiday through Kuoni and are counting on receiving Cashback, think twice is my advice. I will update on this post in the future
