Ordered a JD Bugs scooter for my daughter at Christmas. Like others have said, they aren't the cheapest, but with the cashback, it works out a few pounds cheaper.
Unfortunately for me my purchase did not track and this is the only company I have ever had problems with.
I have since submitted a dispute claim, as it did not track, so we will see what happens, albeit that it's been over 1 month already.

Not tracked after 1 month and still chasing. I made the mistake of buying two JD bugs not the cheapest but would be with the cash back. NO cash back so expensive.

We received a faulty scooter which we ended up getting replaced directly through the manufacturer as Kates Skates' customer service was a disgrace – they shouted at my husband! I wish I'd used my local scooter shop for the sake of a couple of pounds! They would have dealt with the matter immediately rather than leaving us with an unusuable product for almost two weeks.

Ordered 10/10. Item still not tracked. Item was received within 2 days so I cant see the problem when others have had theirs! Would have been good value with the cashback. Not so good value without!
