	Never Tracks and Never PAys multiple clicks and the purchcases never track and the many raised ticket resolved nothing but being told not being the final referrer or click to the website which is a bogus claim.

	Don't honor cash back My order didn't track, I went through customer service and they could see I had indeed gone through tcb, but John Lewis still refused to pay

	They decline cashback I bought two appliances and chose John Lewis for the purchase specifically for the good cash back. It didn’t track and when I put it a claim they declined it as not being the “final referrer” even though it was recorded by TCB and complied with all the terms. Wish I’d bought them from curries now

	Always a problem My order was placed during an enhanced offer period, tracked initially and for the correct amount. Then the cashback was declined for no reason after around 48 hours. There always seem to be problems with orders placed with John Lewis not tracking or tracking for £0. There seems little point in having promotional higher rates of cashback if it is just going to be cancelled subsequently. If you have a viable alternative choice of retailer, I would choose to shop elsewhere.

	Never pays out Avoid John Lewis . The cash back incentives are poor vs other retailers including M&S . Had my Black Friday shop cash back request declined with no explanation I had an accepted one from June which still is pending and likely to never pay out Avoid . No wonder it’s going down the pan

	Don't bother Don't waste your time trying to obtain cachback from John Lewis - it doesn't track properly, and then (after ages) gets declined for no reason. This has happened multiple times for different categories...again, don't bother.

	Paid after missing cashback claim This did not track initially. Raised a missing cashback ticket and it was then listed and paid around 3 months after purchase.

	Never knowingly pay cashback Bought £544 item. Showing as tracked but £0.00 cash back. Claim raised. Why do TCB continue with this firm ? The reviews say it all.

	Not able to change delivery address within 24hrs - Aug 25 I made an order for a washing machine after moving house. I realised within 24 hours that my order had mistakenly used my old address. I phoned John Lewis and their rather abrupt (yes foreign) customer services person just told me bluntly "we can not change your address'. She did not offer me the option to cancel and re-make the order, I had to ask whether that was possible myself. Curt, blunt, not a great experience. Am now having to re-order, online. August 2025

	Tracked at nil, paid at nil, what is the point? Did not get cashback on this purchase, disappointing. One thing to have it rejected but why was it tracked at £0.00?

	greedy. avoid. never pays cashback John Lewis never pays cashback. I’ve bought many things, but even 1% isn’t paid. They’re greedy.
