	Cashback tracked correctly, but took ages to be confirmed. It was listed as taking 6-8 weeks to become payable, but actually took over 4 months.

	Update: Didn't receive the cashback for three orders because they "cannot locate order ID" even though order details have been supplied for all cashback claims. Not worth the bother.

	I spent quite a lot of money with them and ensured that I followed the process to the letter, but they have declined the cash back. Thanks to the support team at Topcashback.co.uk who diligently chased this over a period of five months. The clothes may be of a good quality, but I will spend my hard earned cash with someone else from now on.

	good quality clothes. Cashback seems a bit pointless as it doesn't track. Have submitted claims for my last three orders... still waiting several months on. Will use my airmiles account next time rather than Top Cashback.

	2 purchases made. Both times cashback tracked and then subsequently declined. I put in a claim for one. The claim was declined. Don't bother with cashback for Jaeger.

	I ordered a suit around 9 months ago, but received no cashback. After TopCashBack's efforts over the intervening period I have finally received a response from Jaeger denying my claim on the grounds that the order was cancelled. This is totally untrue. They have just lost a customer.

	My cashback claim was denied despite my purchase registering on the Topcashback site so I would say they are fairly unreliable which is a shame as their clothing in my experience is stylish and good quality. I have worn the dress I purchased several times so it is very frustrating when they deny and do not honour the purchase.

	Do not waste your time with Jaeger. Like other customers I have been refused the cashback on the basis that they (Jaeger) cannot (apparently) trace my purchase!! Doesn't say much for them as a company. I see other people also did not get their cashback either. Maybe Jaeger should just not bother with being on the Cashback websites. I have had exactly the same experience with them when I used a cashback facility other than Topcashback. If I could give them NO stars I would!!
