Poor tracking and poor follow-up
Took out 2 SIM Only contracts in February and June 2022, neither of them tracked. Raised a ticket for both and despite multiple attempts to follow-up with ID Mobile by TopCashback they did not respond at all. Over a year later, in July 2023, TopCashback kindly offered to settle these missing cashback claims otherwise waiting for any kind of response from ID Mobile would be pointless. Appalling service from this company that is owned by The CarPhoneWarehouse.

Advertised cashback on a 12 month SIM was £15, but only paid £10. Lodged claim for the missing cashback only for the merchant to decline it after six months with no valid reason given. Similar thing happened to my friend who ordered the same 12 month SIM on the same day.
