	Over six months & still no Cashback We booked a non refundable room over seven months ago. Sat in pending for 5 months then it progressed to confirmed over two months ago but still not gone payable. Stay clear unless prepared for a very long wait!

	Been waiting for confirmed cashback of £117 for a holiday booked in April 2022. Still no cashback. I have chased TCB but they cant help and just say it is with the merchant. Makes me think about moving cashback supplier as I doubt I will ever receive the cashback as promised.

	Almost a year after the stay absolutely no sign of the cashback. They should be removed from the site as they clearly have no intention of paying.

	booked holiday 9 months in advance tracked then after returning from holiday cash back declined , payment refused as i had been so long claiming they use the booking date not the holiday date for claims Wont book iberostar again

	Horrendous. Rejected our claim for £226 without reason or cause. Very disappointing. Lots of other awful reviews too. TCB are not doing enough to chase this on their customers' behalves.

	Travelled Oct 2016, still not received payout despite status being 'confirmed'. Several messages to Topcashback to chase but always receive standard 'sorry but out of our hands' response. Starting to wonder whether this payment will ever surface!!!

	I stayed with Iberostar in October 2015 and it is now July 2016 and still no cashback! Still pending. Disappointed with this.

	I don't even want to give this merchant 1 star. I have stayed 3 times in the last 18 months and have to date not received cashback. I also think that topcashback are not doing enough

	Own experience not very good. Paid and stayed July 2015, is still showing in 'pending' status! It was booked via laptop

	Nearly 5 months since travelled and still waiting, status again says 12 weeks timeframe, we'll see! Although it tracked and was reported by merchant back in June 2015 and since travelled in July 2015, still waiting confirmation from Merchant let alone cash back payment. I booked from a laptop too, so no 'tablet' issue merchant can fall back on.
