Read other reviews so was not not holding out for any but to my surprise I got cash back of£260.when booking i used a laptop and not a tablet so this may be why others have not got paid?

Over six months & still no Cashback
We booked a non refundable room over seven months ago. Sat in pending for 5 months then it progressed to confirmed over two months ago but still not gone payable. Stay clear unless prepared for a very long wait!

Been waiting for confirmed cashback of £117 for a holiday booked in April 2022. Still no cashback. I have chased TCB but they cant help and just say it is with the merchant. Makes me think about moving cashback supplier as I doubt I will ever receive the cashback as promised.

booked holiday 9 months in advance tracked then after returning from holiday cash back declined , payment refused as i had been so long claiming they use the booking date not the holiday date for claims Wont book iberostar again

Nearly 5 months since travelled and still waiting, status again says 12 weeks timeframe, we'll see! Although it tracked and was reported by merchant back in June 2015 and since travelled in July 2015, still waiting confirmation from Merchant let alone cash back payment. I booked from a laptop too, so no 'tablet' issue merchant can fall back on.
