friend icon Awful service. Failed to notify me of delivery slot. Contacted company who said they would impliment straight away, and 4 hours later, nothing. Contacted them again and gave me a delivery slot - driver had no record of the collection. Following day, got a misterious refund and informed delivery was being returned because dimensions were incorrect (apparently by a matter of a cm or two) - appalling company. Avoid at all costs!

friend icon Not recommended. Deception from the beginning. They are not part of dhl as advertised. You are led to believe that your parcel would be dealt by dhl by the poor customer service. My advice is to book directly via dhl. I used the expressed delivery, paid more but item left the country 3 days after dropping it to their main depot. Chat lines were also very deceptive. Day 1, they told me it’sm was in transit to germany when the item was still sitting in the u.K. They showed no compassion at alone. Pure money minded. Avoid this company and look elsewhere.

friend icon Ook payment twice in november of 4 hundred and 44 pounds in total 888 pounds due to there website saying error payment hadn't gone through then took 2 lots messaged them to refund me the 444.00 Pounds they took in error nothing I have sent recorded delivery letter still no reply giving them another 7 days then iam starting court proceedings to get my money back 2mins for accounts to see error and return money

Struggle to get hold of anyone for communication about lost parcel but finally did but only by using social media to contact them. Am still waiting for my parcel to be found (large box so easy to see) or to be compensated for cost of sending & the contents. Poor customer service do not recommend
