Quicker than stated, only took 2 months , however when it tracks it gives a higher rate , but later reduce it is they don’t inc the vat

Huawei denied a claim 1 year and 7 days AFTER purchase; it appears they have a 1 year limit on any appeals. Obviously they do not believe in customer satisfaction!
