	Cash back good Received cash back within 3 weeks of the stay but many months after paying and have to say the Macdonalds Botley hotel was not good value. The room we were allocated was very tired, as were we by the time we found it a long way from the reception area!

	False advertising I used the oneclick activation to enable the cashback from Hotel.com They are refusing to honour their advert that I would receive 12% cashback. This is misleading and false advertising. I would not have booked with Hotels.com were it not for the cashback as the hotel was cheaper elsewhere. I use hotels.com very regularly, but I will be using other aggregate sites moving forward

	Why am I... still waiting 2 months since my stay in the hotels I booked through top cashback and everything is still pending. Is nobody managing this?

	Quick cashback payout, great merchant to find the best hotel deals Cashback was received within three days of check out - if only other merchants were as efficient. I am still waiting for one, from my stay back in January, to be at least confirmed. Going back to Hotels.com, I highly recommend them to any customer. Great listings, very easy navigation through the website and literally, TOP cashback payout.

	terrible experience I made 3 bookings on here and none of the 3 tracked. like many other people, had a lot of back and forth with both TCB and Hotels.com. they're quick to copy and paste their generic reply saying I should enable cookies, not use voucher codes etc etc. I have used this site for years and 99% of the time, other retailers track correctly. Hotels.com tracks 0% of the time. won't use again

	Rarely pays what is due Rarely give you what is due. Make sure you record the transaction details for complaint later.

	10/10 favourite and easiest cashback My favourite brand! Always delivers expected cashback, and who doesn't love 10% back from their holiday. I repeatedly get cashback from them, always on time too, and this time around I got cashback just one week after my holiday which was super impressive!!

	A bit longer but received My cashback tracked at £0 and couple of months after my booking it was confirmed as £0 too. I contacted customer service and they resolved everything, so I got my cashback.

	Terrible experience Cashback FAILED to track - despite clicking through properly and booking as required. There was endless back-and-forth with support. I provided hotel name, booking ID dates, and the amounts paid and I still didn't get paid on the 20% cashback offer. What a joke; I won't be using Hotels.com again.

	Rejected a valid claim I have a) a registered transfer from topcashback to hotels.com and b) the correct reference number. However, the retailer has rejected the claim and Top Cashback have refused to follow up. I have a clear and auditable trail of evidence so making this my problem is unacceptable. I wouldn't have minded so much but this happened for two high value claims.

	Scam I booked and went to the hotel. Paid, have the receipt! Have my cashback rejected. Raise it with TopCashBack only to have it refused but Hotels.com because the trip was 'cancelled'. I go to the hotels.com app and see they have cancelled it on the app!? Clearly just a scam.

	Cashback is fast I've never had any issues with this retailer. Cashack is always confirmed and paid within 2-3 weeks of the stay! If booking a long time in advance, the cashback will take a long time. But as soon as the stay is complete, it is super fast.

	Hotels.com via TopCashback - Avoid the Hassle! Cashback FAILED to track - despite clicking through properly and booking as required. There was endless back-and-forth with support. I had to submit receipts and booking confirmations, and I still almost didn't get paid. TopCashback saved the day (eventually) by honouring the cashback manually after weeks of chasing. Not worth the stress - next time I'll book elsewhere or use a more reliable cashback site. 1/5 for Hotels.com tracking (only bumped to 3/5 because TopCashback made it right after I fought for it). Save yourself the headache - look at alternative booking sites!
