	I am quite shocked by the total lack of cash back that I have received by purchasing through here. I will deffo be giving someone else a try next time, fabulous accommodation in Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Express,just really disappointed with the cash back that never seems to materialize.

	Don't use these if you are thinking you'll get the cashback. You will not get and you won't get a reason why. Very poor service from holiday inn express (top cash back tried for me) if I was in charge of topcashback i would remove the merchant !

	will never use this hotel group again cash back declined saying "Sale not completed" beats me how we stayed at the hotel if the sale was never completed

	There seems to be some consistency with these reviews - once again, I did not get any cashback. They said TCB weren't the last referrer (though practiucally they would have been). Disappointed, as they advertise attracive cashback rates - but then don't seem to pay out. Holiday Inn Express are ok hotels, and I will use them again if they remain competetive, but this approach to cashback seems somewhat cynical.

	Cash back tracked at £0.00 as advised. After our stay ( £500). Cashback not honoured. Waste of time - and the hotel Express Swiss Cottage/ Finchley Road quite mediocre.

	Booked two hotels in US and did not receive cashback from either (stays in July 2012). Don't book assuming you will get any cashback, you will be lucky if you do.

	I have almost always had great experience with cashbacks but NOT with HOLIDAY INN - Cashback showing as ZERO!!

	I stayed last November and one year on, I still have no cashback. Won't bother using topcashback again for Holiday Inn, waste of time! You should remove them from your listings.

	I would give this merchant no stars if possible. Casback never automatically tracks and manual claims outstanding for months on end. Keen to obtain increased custom but they don't honour their cashback incentives/promises IMO.

	Very poor retailer. Every time I book and stay they decline the cashback. Thanks to top cashback for fighting my corner.
