Why do I keep being asked to log in when I am using my account?

We have noticed that some members like to use the ‘Remember Me’ function and auto-log in to their TopCashback account.

To enhance the security of the sensitive personal information on your My Profile, Customer Care and Payout pages we now ask you to use your log-in email and password before accessing this information for the first time during a new browsing session.

This change offers an extra level of protection for members who usually stay logged into their account, so that if anyone else has access to your computer your security cannot be compromised.

If you do not use auto-log in, then you will not be affected by this change.
