What happens when I come to the end of my current Plus membership period?

When you come up to the end of your current period of Plus membership, you don’t have to do a thing – we’ll automatically renew your Plus membership for you.

By this point, we’re sure that you will have taken advantage of the great range of added benefits that come with having a TopCashback Plus account, including a 5% bonus added onto most transactions, an enhanced Tell-a-Friend bonus, and increased payout bonuses when you withdraw your cashback to name a few.

However, if you do not wish to remain a Plus member at the end of your Plus membership period, then not a problem - you are able to switch to Classic membership from the Membership Details area of your Profile pages. This option will be available from the date and time that your Plus membership is renewed, and will remain in your account until you choose to take advantage of the extra benefits of Plus membership (so for example you make a transaction and typically earn an extra 5% bonus). If you wish to switch after this time however then please get in touch with us via a support ticket and we would be happy to advise further.

Alternatively, you can opt of your Plus membership automatically renewing at the end of your current Plus membership year, at any time. This will mean at the end of your current Plus membership year, you’ll automatically be downgraded to a Classic account without needing to do anything.

You can see the date and time that your current Plus membership period will end on your Account Overview.
