I've won a prize, how long will it take to appear in my account?
Prizes typically appear in your account within 24–48 hours.

I think I'm answering the daily clue correctly, but the hummingbird isn't showing up. What should I do?
Try clearing your cookies and cache. If you haven’t already collected the hummingbird, it should then appear.

How can I share my link for extra entries?
You can earn extra entries by sharing the Prizeboard. This can only be shared once per platform (Facebook & X). While you're welcome to share it elsewhere, additional shares won’t provide extra entries.

Can I go back to previous daily clues?
Yes, you can. You can see each previous daily clue on our Facebook page as well as on our “How to Play” Money Guide.

I'm only receiving Prize Draw Entries. Why is that?
Sweet Treats is a game of chance, so we can’t guarantee you’ll find an item every time and the more items you collect the rarer they become. 

Other than the daily clue, I'm not finding any more hummingbirds. Is something wrong?
Beyond the daily clue, hummingbirds appear randomly, and we can’t guarantee their availability, it’s all part of the game of chance!

Are all the prizes given away in the first few days?
Prizes are evenly distributed throughout and are released and given away every minute of the campaign. There are plenty of prizes to be won whenever you play, including the last day.

How do daily clues work?
Every day a new clue will appear in your prize board, solve the clue and visit the answers retail page on our site. You’ll always find a hummingbird on the daily clue retailers. 

Where can I find hummingbirds?
Visit a retailers page on our site for the potential to find a hummingbird. You don’t need to click through to the retailer's own website for it to appear, but you can if you wish. Hummingbirds will refresh for you every 3 days, so if you don't find one, be sure to check back again 3 days later.

Why am I not seeing as many hummingbirds?
The more hummingbirds you find, the rarer they become. If you have found a hummingbird on a retailer page, you won’t find one again in the same place for at least 3 days. 

Why am I not seeing birds on the same pages others are?
Birds will show on different retailer pages for different members making Sweet Treats unique for everyone. The exception to this are the daily clue retailer pages. 

Can I play on the app?
Sweet Treats is currently not available to play on our mobile app. You can play on our desktop and mobile websites.
