I want to switch from the ‘Plus’ level of membership – how can I do this?

Firstly, we’re sorry that you wish to downgrade your Plus account - we hope that you enjoyed the enhanced rates and features that you've received as a TopCashback Plus member.

If you wish to become a Classic Member, and have not started earning cashback yet on your current Plus membership year, then you will be able to downgrade at any time.  

Once you have started earning cashback on your current Plus membership year, then you will no longer be able to downgrade until your current Plus membership year has come to an end. You will then be able to downgrade your account to Classic.

Alternatively, you can opt of your Plus membership automatically renewing at the end of your current Plus membership year, at any time. This will mean at the end of your current Plus membership year, you’ll automatically be downgraded to a Classic account without needing to do anything.
