Once you have requested your gift card we will need to send it out to you in the post. Please allow up to 2-3 days for this to arrive. If it has not appeared within a week of you requesting this then please can you lodge a support ticket so that we get this looked in to further for you.
Once your gift card has arrived, you will need to return to your Payout page to complete your payout request. It may take up to 5 working days for us to receive your card number and update your account, so that the gift card number matches the one we have on record.
When you have requested the payout onto the card, please allow a further 5 days for this to be ready on your card. These stages are often completed quicker than this.
