When we have processed your payout request, then we will send you an email to let you know, and your request should be processed and the points allocated to your British Airways Executive Club account within 10 days. Your latest Avios balance is added to your statements. You can also check your up-to-date balance and transactions in the ‘Manage my Account’ within your British Airways Executive Club account.
12. Can I have one card registered to multiple TopCashback accounts?
No, unfortunately you can only have one British Airways Executive Club membership linked to one TopCashback account.
13. Do my Avios expire?
Your Avios won't expire as long as you either collect, spend, buy or transfer at least one Avios every 36 months.
14. I have received my Avios British Airways Executive Club membership number. What do I do next?
A membership card isn’t required to collect Avios. The British Airways Executive Club will send you a welcome email after you’ve joined the Executive Club which will detail your membership number.
15. Where can I find the Avios terms and conditions?
British Airways Executive Club Members who make Qualifying transactions via TopCashback.co.uk are able to exchange their cashback to Avios. Unless otherwise advised Qualifying transactions exclude cashback earned via travel merchants. Avios are exchanged at a rate of 1 Avios for every 1p of cashback plus a 5% bonus when you convert a minimum of 20p. All fractional awards will be rounded down to the nearest whole number . You must provide your British Airways Executive Club membership number at the time of exchanging cashback to Avios. Avios will be awarded to the members account within 10 days of requesting cashback be transferred to Avios on TopCashback.co.uk/ TopCashback.com. TopCashback members must be UK residents in order to be eligible to convert their cashback to Avios. Avios are issued and redeemed in accordance with British Airways terms and conditions.
