Wrong amount payed
Spent over £30 (threshold for £20 cashback being £21.50) & only been payed £10 cashback. Filled out a support form & it even says the price I’ve paid to the merchant… poor tracking

Yet again - wrong cashback amount paid
Ordered a subscription box as the cashback was advertised as £20 for orders over a certain amount. Been waiting since 23rd March to have this update, as they only tracked £10. Pathetic response from TopCashBack too who tried to pass the buck onto their 'affiliates' who they rely on for these sort of claims. Just check what was advertised on YOUR website at the time it was advertised? Still waiting for the correct cashback and it's been 5 months....
