Took over 2 weeks to deliver 1 club and 1 box of balls. Poor compared to more reputable golf companies. Cashback did not track either.

Used Golfonline as a new customer via TopCashback (having carefully read the qualifying T&Cs beforehand) but the Cashback has now been declined with no explanation, TopCashback are kindly investigating, but it doubtful I will use Golfonline again.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience with GolfOnline - I ordered my husband a pair of £80ish golf shoes for Christmas on 11th December 2010, and paid extra for express delivery. The 3-5 working days expected delivery time came and went....December came and went (and no christmas present for hubby to open other than stocking fillers)....By early January we gave it up as a no show, and evidently "lost" by Royal Mail (some posite must look very smart on his rounds). After some lengthy discussions with the customer care dept at golfonline they eventually refunded me (once agreed it was done quickly), but initially they expected us to take up the matter with Royal mail and seek compensation from them! We refused and demanded they refund us which they then did. Very disappointing, especially as it was a christams present.
