	cashback declined Cashback was declined because "TopCashback was not seen as the final referrer of the purchase." This seems like a very convenient excuse to avoid payment when all my other transactions track correctly. TopCashback - please investigate them !

	Thieves Cashback declined even though I went through top cashback, created brand new quote and bought at same time (no adblocks or declined cookies etc). All other cash backs have tracked fine including comparethemarket. Avoid !

	tracking but the purchase is later declined- widespread probelms, be aware! wold give no stars if i had the option! i had no issues before and lately my purchases track but then go on to be declined. having looked at the recent reviews it looks like this issue is a widespread problem affecting lots of people. GO compare really need to get their act together. so bear this in mind if you are purchasing via go compare.

	Go compare..con artists!!! Like many others cashback declined for no apparent reason..this company should be removed from top cashback as they are conning your loyal customer base certainly won't be using them again with or without cashback..

	Declined 2nd year in a row! Declined 2 years in a row for car and house insurance. I am 100% confident that none of the reasons for refusal apply to my transactions. Thought I’d give them the benefit of the doubt but I will not use again. Genuine transactions refused.

	DO NOT USE I have used Go Compare on previous occasions and never had a problem but my latest purchase for car insurance was declined for some spurious reason. I am a very experienced Top Cashback customer and I know I did everything correctly and it seems to me that Go Compare is suddenly rejecting a lot of genuine claims. In future I will always use Top Cashback Compare and recommend everyone else does likewise to save being ripped off by this lot.

	Late payment of cashback 6 months of chasing before receiving cashback (beating 3 months last year). Just got to be quicker and stop automatically rejecting the claim first time around

	Fast cashback makes for very good value Cashback tracked once the insurance I took out had become 'live' - this made good value insurance even better value.

	This should be investigated!! Rejected the same like last year!!! I followed all the provided instructions precisely and without deviation. I did not use any other comparison sites, codes, browser tabs, or sources. I used a clean Chrome browser session with their extension installed and active. The cashback was clearly confirmed on the site at the time of purchase, and everything about the process was transparent and compliant with your terms. After waiting patiently, I am now informed that the claim has been declined - again like last year! This is not the first and second time this has happened, and frankly, it is unacceptable. The process feels unreliable and misleading.

	AVOID!!!! Refused my cashback even though I met all the criteria! I only went through Go Compare due to the offer of the cashback. What a scam! They should be removed from the website. I even raised a dispute and provided all the details to prove it and they still refused. Absolutely appalling.

	Declined twice! I purchased two car insurances a couple months apart, and for both the cashback has been declined. Never again will I purchase a car insurance on Go Compare. They don't pay the cashback and claim that the car insurance was not purchased via TopCashback. How TC allows this to carry on is beyond my understanding.
