I bought a subscription on genes reunited for £19.99, i then realised i had bought the wrong one and so bought another for £79.99. Genes reunited refunded me the £19.99. I was supposed to receive 33% cashback yet have only received £5.23. Why is this please?

Very disappointed by the 'exact match' which prompted my payment and turned out not to be the correct person.
Not that accurate unless you have all the information to hand. I think Ancestry is probably a better bet, although more expensive.

Clearley a rip off. have used Topcashback with no problems for over a year so i know how to log in to a purchase through this site. I had no tracking oon the transaction, so submitted a query, answered all the questions and gave the reference nmber supplied by genes reunited. Heard nothing for months so sent a few nudges. Got a knockback on cashback from genes . Even Topcashback appear to be unhappy with this outcome. Be carefull with Genes Reunited!!!!. Unhappy customer
