The product was delivered the day after ordering, so very good service. Unfortunately it was faulty, but the centre have promised a full refund, which they also did very quickly. So I can't fault the service just the product I ordered.

Purchased table and chair set paid extra to have it delivered next day
Phoned at end of the delivery day as parcel did not arrive Purchase was 'lost' by the courier
Parcel arrived a week later, box was heavily damaged and table broken.
We were asked to take photos of the box so it could be claimed against the courier.
In the end asked for a refund which was given.
Was not the fault of the GardenCentre more the courier used.

Will definitly use these again, delivery was quick, packaging could have been better but it was only a garden hose so no problem. price was cheap, and it tracked and payed fairly quick.
