My cashback was not tracked. I have been told it will be looked in to in the newt 60 to 90 days. I only have 2 weeks left to be able to sent the product back if i'm not happy. Since it was an engagement ring I bought the cashback I was expecting is nearly £400 and obviously had a substantial impact on my decision to purchase this ring. very disappointing.

Cashback didn't track, so i submitted a claim nearly 2 months ago. Fraser hart have been looking at it since that time. Makes me think twice about using them. We have bought Rolex's and all our jewellery from here before. DISSAPOINTED

item purchased months ago and was never tracked... TCB have been chasing but havent but still no sign of cashback. only reply from fraser hart was transaction was not "an online purchase" but quite clearly was. will not take cashback into account when purchasing from these guys again
