	Didn't track First time I've had a claim rejected, stating that there was no record of my transaction, odd since I'd spent over £100 and provide order details. Disappointed by this retailer. Won't be renewing hosting with them that's for sure.

	Incorrect cashback calculations Cashback tracked significantly lower than expected as with others. Some quick maths shows that they calculate the cashback based on one month's service. This is in contrast to the claimed rate of 68% of the translation. I have raised a dispute pointing this out to TCB.

	Great for Hosting, but don't expect cashback. I've been using this company for my hosting for several domains, webmail etc for a number of years and for that side I've had no issues. However each order I've placed through TopCashBack, hoping to glean a little of the cashback on them either hasn't tracked, or tracked for a tiny fraction of the massive cashback percentages advertised.

	Paid for a year upfront at over £500 expected a high % of cashabck BUT it's incorrectly tracked at £81 with little cashback - I have no idea how they got these numbers! Extremely disappointed. BEWARE! I have submitted a claim some time ago now and still not resolved.
