Cashback declined
The cashback for Enterprise has been declined on two occasions, which is not ideal. One of the times Topcashback did honour it, but seems Enterprise will decline for no reason. I have booked again, as it's the most convenient van hire for me, so we will see what happens.

Cashback not paid
Didn't track or Pay. After putting a claim in, 4 months later only got a generic "The purchase made didn't meet the terms of the cashback offer." I didn't use any voucher/promo code and no other terms mentioned that would exclude my hire.

Takes months then doesn't pay
Waited months for a response, then conveniently doesn't pay out because of unspecified terms and conditions. Absolutely none of which mentioned excluding van rentals. Avoid

DOES NOT PAY
Yet another car hire that does not pay - Enterprise has never tracked in the last 5 hires and now the norm is to refuse to pay out. The whole cash back idea is dying a death now with too many people just refusing to pay with pathetic excuses...

Finally got a small percentage of what was expected
It didn't track so I had to raise a claim. They did eventually pay, but they don't include 'optional extras' (or VAT) which seems to include things like hiring from my local centre which is 22.5% more expensive than the base price and of course the excess protection etc. Worked out at half what I'd expected.

Nudge them
Booked car in May for a trip in August. Nothing appeared etc like the other reviews. Opened a ticket, then had to nudge tcb every week from mid-August, and finally got my cashback today. What a life. Not really worth all the faf, but was feeling stubborn. You can win.

Cashback failed to track
No sign of cashback tracking and no response to the missing cashback claim. Looks like Enterprise are not paying out for anyone.

Will not track or pay cashback
I have been renting from Enterprise via TopCashback since Feb 2025 - over 5 times. Not a single one has shown as tracked on Topcashback and when I follow up with customer service, they seem clueless and unable to help. I think Enterprise has no intention to pay any claims. As you why none would trackback automatically on this site, I have no idea. Assume, you will not get the cashback.

Do not choose Enterprise over another care hire if this cash back if the only reason! From what I can tell, this is a scam by Enterprise although TopCashback did try, hasn't been successful 2 months on.

Empty promises
Spent over £1,000 over 3 instances with Enterprise since Oct 2024. Submitted tickets and chased them for over 6 months but to no avail. Looks like the merchant is manipulating TCB to lure in customers for free and leave them hanging when we try to redeem. Displaying fraudulent merchant partner like Enterprise does more harm to TCB's brand reputation than anything else.

Very complicated terms and conditions
I placed a sizeable order but their terms and conditions are too complicated. I would not recommend cashback as a reason to choose enterprise.

Never pays out
If this tracks they never pay out. They take over a year to reject so you can't even make a claim. If you make a claim of an untracked order they reject that too. Awful.

Good vehicle, poor tracking
I've had my payment pending for over a year and then two days ago I find out they have declined it. I hired from them using the proper system, clicked the proper links, no funny business, there's no reason at all they should decline my cashback. As a hire company they are fine but the cashback tracking is abysmal.

Don't bother
I've had an outstanding cashback claim for over 2 years, which has been rejected. Hired a car for a week long holiday through TCB, the initial claim was rejected, I supplied receipts as evidence of the hire, but Enterprise after 2 years are "standing by their original decision". No reason given for rejecting the claim, but I wouldn't bother using them for the cashback!
