Cheats. Purchased a policy in October and declined in December despite tracking correctly & no codes used etc - bunch of cheats. No reason this cashback should be declined. Why do I have to give them 1 star when they should get minus 5 stars?

Insurance expensive compared to others and they did try every excuse they could think of to avoid paying the cashback advertised. However, they did pay cashback after almost a year! My advice, no matter the amount of cashback they offer, this company is best avoided

After purchasing car insurance in May and it not tracking, I raised a claim on TCB and 6 months later Endsleigh have come back and said the transaction was cancelled which is why the claim has not tracked. If that was the case, I'd have been driving uninsured and still am for the past 6 months! In 3 years of being on TCB this is the only transaction to have been declined. £50 down and I could NOT recommend.

Purchased in April 2016, followed correct procedures, showing as declined.Have raised a missing cashbakc claim. If I had known I would be waiting this long I would have gone elsewhere. Avoid!!

Very disappointed. Spent £430 expecting £50 cashback, but got declined as their network couldnt track the transaction. Would have insured with someone else had I known my cashback would be declined. Overpaid on this occasion and will avoid from next time!

Endsleigh were initially very quick to track this cashback for a new car insurance policy I bought mid-August. I logged into TCB today and have seen that my expected cashback of £40 has now been changed to £0. I've raised a claim, but I don't hold out much hope as the transaction definitely tracked. I haven't cancelled the insurance and paid in full when I took it out. Such a shame.
