Discovered this company via TCB, probably wouldn't have otherwise. Good price on the electrical item we purchased with fast delivery. Cashback tracked and took about three months to pay but did so without problem.

An excellent experience. Cashback was adequate, tracked very quickly. Ordered Tuesday, confirmed Wednesday, delivery arranged Thursday, delivered Friday - on time. Would definitely use this company again.

Only discovered electricshop because of TopCashBack. Got a top of the range Bosch tumbledrier and Bosch washing machine. Best deal, even without cashback. Would definitely use this company again.
On the downsides, the washing machine had a small scrape on the door handle when delivered so electricshop have arranged for Bosch to replace it (free of course). The tumbledrier (delivered separately by a courier Sprint) was not delivered on the day promised, and rearranged for a few days later. But customer services were great.

Best prices I could find for the appliances that I was looking for. From ordering the delivery is a bit slow - for my item 5-7 days. Probably better delivery if the item that one orders is in stock(?). But will definitely use again without hesitation.

After deciding to buy from them based on the cashback, I was greatly disappointed when for no reason they rejected my claim. I have a lovely TV but given the cashback refusal makes them more expensive than I thought!
AVOID if cashback is your aim.

This company is a joke......I bought over £800 worth of appliances from them in November last year,and the cashback has never tracked.I submitted a claim with TCB months ago,and despite many nudges,and comments left,they have not helped a lot either.This company is a ripp-off,and god only knows why TCB has them listed as a cashback site.

Do not use this site unless you like a gamble.It seems by the other reviews here you either have your money track fine or not at all.I have had 2 orders with this company,and the first tracked straight away,for about £4.The second order,which was bigger,had a spend of over £800,and this one has never shown as tracked.It is now nearly 3 months,and still nothing showing.
I actually think some of the blame should go to TCB, as they have all necessary info that proves the orders were fulfilled,and paid for.If there is no guarantee that these companies will pay out,what's the point of using a cashback site.Unless this company pays me the cashback,I will feel I have been cheated.......But what can you do about it,other than send nudges to TCB.
