Submitted a claim in December 2017. I have been with EE for years and always upgrade my phone at the end of the contract. EE recycle lost the phone and I heard nothing for 2 weeks. They then paid out after several complaints and said I was advised wrongly. As regards to the cashback, they declined it, and nearly 4 months later and several tries, absolutely nothing. I would not recommend using them in any shape or form.

July 2017...i sent my phone to Ee Recycle thinking I would get my cashback by return as it had indicated on the website. Unfortunately this did not happen so I read reviews and couldn't find a good one. This worried me extremely but due to special delivery I knew it had been received by them. I rang them a few times over next few days until a week later I got the awaited email to say they had received my phone. They had agreed to pay the full amount quoted online. I was really happy about this and within 3 days the money was in my bank. Well done EE recycle you came up trumps in the end..
