Purchase Insurance forever ago and still waiting for the cashback. While I know cashback is not a foregone conclusion, I have never had one not come through and I am really annoyed!

DirectLine Public Liability Insurance does not pay you anything should not even be on this site so unless DirectLine Public Liability Insurance is your choice and its not just for cashback dont bother with them they just dont pay out

Took out this policy for public liability for my husband - paid for it completely and after about 7 months the claim has now gone from pending to 0 apparently they aren't going to pay! This is the second time a big retailer has not paid, last time it was Aviva & eventually accepted a lesser amount as gesture of goodwill from Topcashback! Decided to give all this a miss, will not use Direct Line again with promises of cash back as obviously just a gimmick as they don't have to pay apparently. Very unhappy Top cash backer ??
