	What an absolute joke. Didn't track and hasn't paid out over a year later despite having my order number and all details from day one. TCB should strike them off.

	No cashback. Ordered by phone quoting TCB and was told that would have cashback after signing up. However never happened. Asked both DirectSave and TCB customer services, not helpful.

	Took out a contract 4 months ago, still waiting for the cashback! It was one of the things that attracted me so i now wish i didn't bother :(
