	i have twice had a purchase with Direct Line van insurance fail to track. the previous claim from a few years ago was refused despite following all their instructions. Direct Line refused to explain why it had rejected the claim. on this latest purchase on 15th March 2021 it hasn't tracked gain. it's now 23 May so I have lodged another claim. I don't hold out much hope of them honouring the cash back.

	I purchased a van insurance policy with Direct Line through TopCashback on 18th January 2017 and it's now 24th July 2017 but the £57.50 cashback offer has not even tracked never mind reached payable!!! My missing cashback claim has been sitting for several months with no progression. Therefore, I would DEFINITELY NOT recommend Direct Line as a TopCashback merchant :(
