Did not track but I submitted a manual claim and received an offer for the full amount I was expecting after about 2 months. The cashback went straight to payable after accepting the amount. I would use this merchant again.

Booked a holiday back in October 2010 through TCB, unfortunately it did not track,waited for a couple of weeks then submitted a claim, TCB responded and took up my case. A few more weeks passed, still no evidence of tracking so I started using the nudges, plus I sent in one more claim plus another nudge, I was about to give it one more shot and claim again before I gave up, then hey presto the full amount of cashback was paid in to my account. Great credit to TCB for not letting go, and credit also to Direct Holidays for recognising the claim. TCB is a great site, with fantastic opportunity's to save cash I would not use anyone else.

Booked a holiday through TopCashBack in October 2010, it failed to track, contacted TCB with a claim after a few weeks, followed up by various nudges and a repeated claim. Then low & behold on the 02/02/2011 the correct amount was placed in my account as payable, this is the first time in my experience with TCB that a merchant has not tracked & payed out. Well done to TCB for succeeding in my claim, also credit to Direct Holidays for accepting it, well done both.

I booked 2 holidays with them - the first one tracked the 2nd didn't so just waiting on a claim now! Dont know how long until it is paid though, bit slower than some others. Part of the Thomas Cook group so good if you want the security of a package holiday (which we did in this current climate, financial and weather haha)

Did not initially track so raised query and appeared within a few days; stayed as tracked for ages and then just received cashback without going through vailfdation stage so quite relieved

Very disappointing. Booked two holidays in August, both failed to track so submitted a manual claim. Despite two nudges to Top Cashback still no progress. Over £50 cahback due.

Spent in excess of £2500 and expected around £80 Cashback, did not track and submitted a claim, Direct Holidays have refused to honour, avoid this merchant.

I spent over £1800 with this merchant (Direct Holidays) The holiday was great (nothing to do with the agent that sold it to me though) but I never recevied the cash back which was annoying as I could have used any number of travel agents for the same holiday and chose this because of the cashback

I'm sorry to say that after spending over £2100 via this merchant via the 'TCB' link, sending the relevant paperwork and 'nudging/chasing', I am still waiting for my cashback even though our holiday was May 2011! VERY disappointed as this is a lot of money to lose!! WHY HAS THIS HAPPEND AND WHY CAN THIS NOT BE RESOLVED??

Booked a late deal in July and had to pay the total amount in full at time of booking. Purchase did not track and after making claim still have not heard anything. Before I booked the feed back on here was good for Direct but there are lot more people complaining of cash back not tracking. Will post again if and when I receive money.

Booked in July for holiday in September. It's been nearly 14weeks since we come back from this holiday. The cash back is still not payable. I am now wondering if it ever going to be paid.

DO NOT TRUST DIRECT HOLIDAYS, my first purchase with TOPCASHBACK was through Direct Holidays , they are the only company that has not paid the money owed £54, I have been waiting since June 2010, there has been no explanation they have just failed to honour the agreement. I have two holidays a year and will never use this company again, don't trust them. I have no problem with TOPCASHBACK they have tried to recover the money that i am owed.

Booked holiday May 2011, didn't track and told Jan 2012 cashback refused! No explanation why because there is none. £25 lost. Very poor. Don't rely on them. I expect better service. Be warned.

Booked holiday in September, cashback did not track and I've had to submit a manual claim. Still not heard anything. They also charged me for a credit card booking fee, yet I used a debit card - I did get this refunded though. I'm unlikely to use this company again...

Direct holidays affiliate organiser is a joke still no response from them over my missing cashback claim of £44 for a £1400 holiday, if your transaction doesn't track within 3 days cancel the holiday and try again as the manual claims never get answered by the affiliate organiser.
