Website is a bit tedious to use, but delivery is super-fast and securely packaged, even during Christmas period, and with the cash back delivery costs become minimal - overall good value and service - what more do you need!

Made two transactions with this retailer.
Transaction 1 - Item arrived as purchased but very slow delivery.
Transaction 2 - Item did not arrive and enquired a week later as to the order status. Item no longer in stock and retailer did not bother to advise claiming the 'email got lost'. Poor service in terms of communicating with the customer. Items not in stock should not be advertised on the website!!
Cashback for first purchase tracked very quickly.

First time to use this Company and will without doubt use again. A perfumed cream my wife absolutely loves and has been unable to "get her hands" on locally for the past 3 years (or in Spain for that matter) was found on the Direct Cosmetics website.
Order arrived within a week of placing the order.
Highly recommened - even without the Cashback which I don't mind waiting for now, as I have a very happy lady in the house!!

order 5 lipglosses marked 'imperfect' no explanation what this means - when received i immediately requested a refund because they were unsealed and very gloopy and seemed old - complaint dealt with without fault, i shall now see if i have been refunded

Don't use if you expect cashback
They don't award cashback for qualifying purchases. They immediately declined the cashback for my purchase even though I did not use a voucher code. I wish I had used a voucher code now.

I ordered from them twice in the same month. The first cashback was declined due to 'being credited to another channel'. The second cashback was declined because of 'wrong voucher code used' I was careful with my clicks and I certainly didn't use any voucher codes so, adding this to the experience of other users, I conclude that they want the click throughs from topcashback but aren't willing to pay for them. On principle, I have not used this company again, despite their good prices.

Clicked through and ordered, didn't track. Opened a claim and even though there is clear evidence of click through they won't pay out, shame to provide such poor after sales and lose any future business over a few pence but hey ho.
