	Good alround service So far so good everything we have had from them we have not had to wait long for the delivery been using them for well over a year now and normally have at least 2/3 Take aways a month so all good.

	OK so far Got one paid out so far still waiting on 2 more. Been using deliveroo for quite a long time now and didn't know you could get cashback from them until about a month ago, so was quite surprised and will be using them to get more cashback because i order takeaways about 3 time a month.

	Order over 50£ still declined - disgusting They have declined my cashback for no valid reason for a high value order at that. It is stupid they using topcashback for marketing and promotion and just decline everything, if you are reading this try the topcashback uber cashback or just eat deliveroo will ignore you.

	They should not be allowed on TopCashBack They have 'declined' every single one of my cashbacks (despite tracking and listing all them). There's no reason for this and it has happened dozens of times. They appear to be using TopCashBack dishonestly and in bad faith for both the platform and the users.

	If i could give 0 stars I would They never pay out, they have declined all my transactions for no good reason, thy approved the first and then declined the others despite all hitting criteria. Just Eat pay out so they have my business!!

	Works well, cashback comes back very quickly I think some negative reviews don't understand that you need to spend a certain amount to qualify for cashback. It won't work if you spend under £35 (at the time of writing this review). Whenever I use Deliveroo, I get my cashback within days, and it's always been correct so far.

	Cashback is only for £35+! Wasn't expecting to get anything from Deliveroo because of all the negative reviews, but I have several times now. Your order must be £35+ to get cashback, easy to miss. I add everything to my basket, come back to Top Cashback, then navigate straight to the basket and run the order through.

	No Cashback Awarded I purchased some shopping on 12/03/25 and the total came to around £19 but when I chain my TopCashback account it said cashback awarded £0 why is this ? It doesn’t say there’s a minimum spend amount when you click onto the TopCashback website but there should be as people like myself are under the impression that you will earn cashback on all Deliveroo purchases !!! This is a disgrace and shouldn’t be allowed to continue !!!

	POOR TRACKING and ELIGIBILTY 1. Purchases regularly fail to track, even though cookies are enabled. 2. Untracked claims are regularly denied. The response is always, "The network has not identified ourselves as the last referral to the merchant’s site and this transaction", even though this is not the case as no other site/tab was opened during the transaction. 3. Cashback for Existing customers now has a minimum spend of £35. I now use Just Eat or UberEats and have none of the issues listed above or the minimum spend for existing customers to be able to get cashback.

	Tracks at £0 I'd rather they won't track at all if they're gonna show it "Confirmed" at £0 or "Declined". It's annoying. People don't notice, but you have to buy from £35 and up to get a measly £0.85p

	0.00 seems to happen to everyone too No cash back as it recorded it as 0.00 even though over £14 was spent but looking at reviews it seems to be a problem with this merchant so I would recommend not using it no more or TCB honour your advertising and make the payout or stop advertising as it makes you wonder who else is on here getting advertisement but isn’t going to work hmmmmm

	£0.00 cashback, TCP Pls do better. £0.00 cash back now but this was not stated in the terms and conditions when you make a purchase via TCP. You are deliberately misleading customers. Stop doing this and do the decent thing and pay the cash back.

	Another one with no Cashback Yet another 1* review where deliverdont have decided not to pay out any cashback. TCB are also complicit in this as I bet TCB get a nice kickback from pushing sales through and knowing we as end users get nothing.

	Absolute scam showing on this site I've specifically gone to Deliveroo through this site multiple times over any of the competition, followed their terms and yet every single transaction has been declined from Deliveroo. It is an absolute scam that they show here. Don't bother, look around for the cheapest. Just eat pays out fine FYI

	Appalling company No cash back paid, it was confirmed then declined. Would never order from them again anyway, order never arrived despite the receipt saying delivered . The agent told me I couldn’t speak to a manager, that I wasn’t entitled to a refund and that he was going to cut me off!

	Zero stars Back in the day i never had any problems with cashback tracking and being paid out, but recently Deliveroo have been appalling. Now they never pay out, ever! Really don't see the point of them being featured on Topcashback as now matter what you do you'll never get any cashback at all.

	Cashback never tracks or gets declined As titled, cash back never tracks or gets declined with deliveroo so I don't use it anymore with topcashback. Used to be at least half reliable but not anymore.
