	So unreliable for tracking Mostly doesn’t track. Very poor example. Perhaps should be removed from the site as very infrequently tracks or pays cashback and from the looks of it I’m far from alone to acknowledge this.

	Dreadful; why doesn’t TCB remove Deliveroo? All legitimate claims dismissed by Deliveroo, and only after months and months of being kept waiting. TCB should remove this merchant without delay because Deliveroo and/or its network affiliate doesn’t seem to be honouring cashback. Look also at recent reviews of Deliveroo by members. Just dreadful.

	Doesn't pay out Awful, never been paid out for it despite numerous clicks on this site, and meeting the terms and conditions. Disappointing. They need to remove this from their site as it doesn't work at all.

	Don't bother Never track purchases and when you put in a claim they never pay out. Noticed that one did track after many months of non use them back to dodging. Very disappointing.

	Pointless being on TCB Never tracks, and then when you try to claim “missing cashback” it’s always declined. So don’t bother wasting your time with Deliveroo through TCB

	Stopped tracking I’ve lodged claims for the last 6 orders I’ve made via deliveroo as they stopped tracking and they’ve all been rejected. What’s the point of having them as a retailer if it doesn’t work and they reject all my claims!

	I stopped bothering to lodge claims from them as they obviously don’t track. Just logged into my claims page to check another claim and noticed all the Deliveroo ones are DECLINED. The reason makes it sounds like it I’m using some other site?? I only use TopCashback, it’s one thing for an order not to track, it’s another to feel like you’re being accused of scamming. They need to be removed for this site.

	Totally useless. Just had 9 claims going over 8 months all rejected within seconds. Blatently rejected without any checks claiming they wernt the last referral. If they wernt then I wouldn't have been able to submit a claim! Avoid

	Existing customer cashback seems to have gone wrong since the start of this year. Did everything as normal on various orders, clicking through topcashback, but five claims for missing cashback have all now been denied after submitting to deliveroo, with deliveroo claiming that they weren't done through topcashback.

	Over 10 claims incorrectly declined for the reason "due to the network agency not identifying TopCashback as the last referrer for your transaction."

	Doesn’t track and they reject every claim. I wouldn’t trust this merchant. 20 claims over a year rejected.
