Very impressed. I forgot to use a discount voucher they'd sent me with a previous purchase. When I emailed them they replied quickly, were extremely helpful and refunded me the discount I should have had!

Bought some vacuum cleaner bags and they were way cheaper than the original manufacturer's site and delivery was included. In addition to cashback, got another extra discount, items despatched one day, arrived the next and kept up to date with order status. Recommend highly.
