Not so fair after all. Transaction cannot be traced they say. If you are looking for cashback, please do not use this merchant. It is a waste of time and effort to recover anything from them.

I made a valid transaction of over £1000 and provided all the required details. However, after waiting over 6 months I was refused the cashback. The reason given was “ Transaction cannot be traced ”.

absolutely blunder. if you are looking for any cashback please do not use this service provider. its waste of time and efforts to recover anything from them. i also request topcashbach site to remove such retailers from thier platform. thanks

I used this merchant due to the cashback offer and early 1 year later, Currencyfair still has not completed their investigation on my missing cashback claim. This is poor and certainly below the standards of other vendors I have used on Topcashback.

I made one transfer with them. Somehow they managed to charge me twice and generate two identical transfers. Very disappointing experience. I feel scammed. Customer service is shockingly unhelpful.
