Excellent company, we live in Essex but over the last 6 months we have bought online 2 near top of the range Samsung TVs a 32" and a 49". Both were delivered Free within 48-72 hours of ordering and a follow up email asking if we had any problems and a helpline number to call if any assistance needed. Both TVs were the cheapest anywhere on the web and both are UK genuine Grade A stock so I recommend this small independant business whole heartedly. Shop with local or small businesses like this and if you need an electrical device go check out Crampton & Moore they are brilliant 5 Star! Terrific!!!

Purchase arrived quickly and undamaged. I had a query on the warranty so phoned them - I got through to them easily and they were very efficient in dealing with the query. My only criticism would be the length of time the cashback took (16 weeks).

Cashback tracked promptly at 1% but should have been 10%. They refused to pay the extra saying Ts&Cs not met.
