friend icon I was expecting more cashback but having read "frequently asked questions" I see that some retailers only pay cashback on ex-VAT price, which explains the discrepancy. Just be aware it appears Cotswold may be one of these.

friend icon Cashback was denied with no reason. Personally I think this is unacceptable behaviour. p.s. don't worry, according to topcashback, "when a claim is declined as such there is invariably a solid reason for this". Even though no-one knows what it is!

friend icon Waiting since 18 Jun 2010 - that's nearly 2 (TWO!!!!) years for cashback. Claim submitted, and have sent TCB 9 (NINE!!!) nudges - all to no avail. Not even an acknowledgement since 2010. Pretty poor show from both Cotswold and TCB.

friend icon Update previous review on order/delivery experience in Jan 2012 which was all positive with quick tracking. Now April and the Cashaback has never materialised. Estimated payable date was Feb. Has not moved from pending in 3 months.

friend icon 7 months after registering claim & top cash back still awaiting retialer to respond! Numerous nudges have not changed anything which is a pity as instore Cotswold are great. Just received catalogue through post from them stating i am a loyal customer, this being the case should they not improve their online service to marry their thoughts of myself, dissapointed to say the least with Cotswold & cashback experience.
